A time like no other
should be treated as such.
The objective of this program is to increase productivity by supporting the return and transition of a new mom, post-maternity leave. Whether it's her firstborn or third baby, the support a mom can receive during this life-changing period is critical to her emotional health, well-being, and overall performance- in and out of the workforce.
"BEFORE WORKING WITH COACH DAISY, MY WIFE WAS REALLY UNHAPPY AND HAD VERY LITTLE ENERGY AFTER WORK AND PARENTING FOR OUR RELATIONSHIP. SHE LEARNED IT WAS OKAY TO TAKE TIME FOR HERSELF AND TO ASK FOR HELP. NOW, WE ARE STRONGER AS A TEAM AND FAMILY.
"New moms who return to work full-time after being out for several weeks often describe the experience as going from 0 to 100 miles per hour overnight, and experts say this transition is especially difficult for first-time mothers."
Wellcome Back© provides a smooth transition that connects and reintroduces mom to the workplace without ignoring her newest (and most important) role as Mom.
"WE JUST HAD OUR SECOND CHILD WHEN WE DECIDED TO SIGN UP FOR COACHING. MY WIFE WAS OVERWHELMED WITH ALL THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A NEW HOME, NEW ADDITION, WORK AND LIFE IN GENERAL. BECAUSE SHE WAS UNHAPPY, OUR RELATIONSHIP SUFFERED AS WELL. DAISY'S COACHING ALLOWED HER TO STEP OUT OF THE HOUSE TO FOCUS ON HER NEEDS DURING THIS TRANSITIONAL TIME. IT GAVE HER SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO AND SHE WALKED AWAY WITH VERY VALUABLE TECHNIQUES TO HELP HER MANAGE THE DAY TO DAY. IN TURN, WE'VE BEEN WAY HAPPIER INDIVIDUALY AND AS A UNIT.
Six, bi-weekly coaching sessions may be carried out via Zoom or in person*
Program includes bonus private sessions at the start and the end of the cohort.
Benefit of group-sharing and community with women who not only"get" this phase in life but are living it side by side.
Employer tips are provided to support mom in between program sessions.
"EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IS AT THE CORE OF ALL HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS. BUT WHEN YOU THROW A NEWBORN INTO THE MIX, ANY KIND OF REASONING SUDDENLY GOES OUT THE WINDOW. NO MATTER HOW MANY KIDS YOU MAY HAVE (FIRST OR FOURTH), THOSE EARLY DAYS, MONTHS, AND YEARS CAN CREATE A WEDGE BETWEEN ANY PARTNERSHIP IF YOU'RE NOT COMMUNICATING YOUR NEEDS WELL.
I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE AND TRULY BELIEVE IN MY WIFE'S WORK. THERE'S A CERTAIN LEVEL OF SUPPORT I WASN'T ABLE TO GIVE AS WELL AS HER FELLOW MOM-PEERS AND IS WORTH MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY.
